An unsettling drama with a strong literary flavour, Departed Acts is my graduation script from London Film School. Deriving its title from the poem Remorse is memory awake by Emily Dickinson, Departed Acts is about the price of ruthlessness, and poses the question: sooner or later, must a day of reckoning for our past decisions always be faced?
